House in Colaba is a 19-storeyed private residence located in Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. Studio MH02 was commissioned to provide as-builts for the existing building structure along with Architecture, Interiors, and MEP modelling for the entire building.

As the BIM consultant, we were instrumental in modelling and coordination of various entities including HVAC ducts, plumbing lines, fire-fighting pipes, and electrical cable trays.

Using Navisworks, we identified potential clashes with Architecture, Interior and MEP elements. Studio MH02 advised the design architects on potential clashes between these disciplines and helped address these issues.
